testosterone no ester
The injectable steroid known as Testosterone Base, sometimes known as T.N.E., contains testosterone without an ester attached. It is 100% pure testosterone and has no ester. Humans and other vertebrates produce testosterone, a steroid hormone from the androgen group. In mammals, including humans, testosterone is largely secreted by male testicles and, to a lesser amount, by female ovaries. The adrenal glands also release a small amount. It is both an anabolic steroid and the main male sex hormone.
In general, androgens encourage the synthesis of proteins and the growth of tissues that have androgen receptors. The virializing and anabolic effects of testosterone can be divided, albeit this division is rather arbitrary because many of the effects can be categorized as either.

Anabolic effects include the expansion of bone mass and density, the promotion of linear growth, and the maturation of bone.
